This Privacy Policy describes how The Insight Playbook, a product of Insight Planning (operated by Shea Sanche, CFP), collects, uses, and protects information you provide when purchasing or using our products.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to fulfill your purchase:

• Purchase information: Your name, email address, and payment details. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Product delivery information: Your name and email are used to personalize your Guide document and send your download link.
• Playbook Strategy Session scheduling: If you purchase The Full Package, your name and email are shared with Calendly to facilitate booking. Calendly has its own privacy policy.

2. Your Playbook Content

The content you create inside your playbook is yours alone. Your playbook lives in your own Notion workspace, under your account. The Insight Playbook does not host, access, or store any of the content you enter into it. You own it and you control it completely. The only information we handle is what you provide at checkout, your name and email, which we use to deliver your products and personalize your license, as described in Section 1.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used only to:

• Process and deliver your purchase
• Personalize your Guide document with forensic identification
• Send transactional emails related to your purchase
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this product:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment information under their own privacy policy and security standards.
• Resend: Transactional email delivery. Your name and email are transmitted to Resend to send your purchase confirmation and download link.
• Calendly: Playbook Strategy Session scheduling for Full Package purchasers.
• Vercel: Website hosting, serverless functions, and secure file storage for product delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for as long as is necessary to support your purchase and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Your personalized Guide download link does not expire. If you lose access to your link, contact us at hello@insightplaybook.com and we will reissue it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS for all transmissions, Stripe for payment security, and secure cloud file storage for product delivery. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at hello@insightplaybook.com. We will respond within 10 business days.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not run retargeting or behavioral advertising. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that measures aggregate page views and visits without cookies and without collecting personally identifying information.

9. Children

This product is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
